For a spring form with a diameter of 18 cm.
What you need:
apples – about 2, so many that you can cover the bottom of the springform with apple slices
80 g butter
80 g sugar
80 g flour
a pinch of salt
What you do:
Preheat the oven to 180° C (360 ° F).
Grease the springform, or use baking paper. Peel the apples, cut them in slices and cover the springform bottom.
Mix all the other ingredients together.
Spread the dough evenly on top of the apples and put the spring form for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Take it out, let it cool a bit and turn it around. Dust with sugar.
